Life in a Call Center talks about my experience with a Call Center. Well for over two years I worked with call centers. Though the work profile and the package was really good. When I joined the company, spent time there, I realize that “when I speak with customers, few were good and few were very smart, no matter what they had done but they speak with you in a way as of you r just a call center employee and you know nothing and they r brilliant people. Perhaps they never knew that the company never allow their employees to answer to rude or wrong customers exactly d way they deserve so they used to be certified bad people while talking to call centre employees.
Now if I talk about the employees within the organization, majority of them only knew to speak English and not much apart from that.,lack emotions, psychology, intellect etc., few were gud also in terms of emotions, phychology, intellect etc. About me working with them, coz of our different freequencies , we could not be gud friends as post work hours,i used to go my way and they used to go their (mostly smoke, drink etc.).
About management team, mostly I knew my mangers were less intellect than me but i knew that I was there coz of me, my own circumstances so worked silently under them and respected them as my managers. but at any time if any of my manager tried to teach me something which not right I made them understand that they were wrong.
This way I had found people are gud and bad everywhere, within the country or outside the country..few of my customers were really good and few were bad, few of the employees were good and few were not, few of the managers were good and few were not. I was good to those who were good to me, whether they were employees, manager or customer.accepted my position, circumstance and respected everyone.
