I started my carrier with Infosys located in Bangalore. Later I relocated to Mumbai and started working with a Diamond Export Company. Then I joined a US based Call Centre. This article is about my nights in a Call Centre.
Both work profile and the package were good, that’s why I worked there for around three years.
Employees were fluent with English but lacked good education. They enjoy smoking, drinking, parting.
Everyday we had to take calls from United States, solving client’s issues, some were good while some were not. But unfortunately our Company’s policy, never allowed us to respond back to some bad asses who used to take advantage of the policy.
I pride my job no matter what I do and tried to do everything with all my dignity and sincerity, but in case if I found anything un-ethical or illogical I made people understand that they are wrong, doesn’t matter who they are-colleague or even the management or the client.
