Deities in Sanatan Dharm – an unsolved puzzle for the world

Deities in Sanatan Dharm – an unsolved puzzle for the world, isn’t it true? In fact, this is the most difficult question till date in the history of human evolution.

For thousands of years, people from various regions, religions attacked us, destroyed our temples, made fun of our people and our deities because we worshiped so many gods, by creating statues for them.

Till date, a major part of the educated people think, what Hindus worship is just their Superstition.

And today I will share with you, what Hindus worshiped for ages, are God or not?

To find answer for this question, when you visit any temple, you must see the deity there and think what it means, what it symbolizes, how is your energy impacting when you visit one temple and when you visit another temple, if you feel different energies every time?

Well, if you have the answer now that we worship some form of energy in our temples.

For example, if it's a Shiv temple, we worship Shiv Ling, which symbolize sexual energy (mating of Shiva and Parvati i.e., male and female) without which living organism is not possible. So, is it a God? The answer is yes.

When we go to a Krishna temple, we worship Radha and Krishna’s love, there we worship love, without which our life will be just nonliving, means this is also an important part of living world. So, is it a god? The answer is yes.

When we go to a Laxmi temple, we worship Laxmi, which symbolize food energy, without which no living organism can live. Is that a god then? The answer is yes.

When we go to a Narayan temple, we worship Narayan, means we worship “Nar or Nari i.e., living body” without them living world is not possible. Is that a god then? Answer is yes.

Whichever temple you go, you see there is a deity accompanied by some animal or a bird or a fish. What it symbolizes?

It symbolizes, human being is God for those organisms and vice versa.
Because we know that, science says, in ecosystem one species depend on the other species, means together there is an existence for living world, if you remove any species from the ecosystem then existence of the species will be in danger. By saying this, I mean we are God for each other. So, we worship them together.

How do you see now? Do you see gods in temples, now?
Do the Hindu’s worship the right things? I guess, you have the answer now.

Besides every temple, we grew Peepal trees which produces oxygen 24/7. Means we not only worship a tree which is cleansing our atmosphere, we also grow them and participate in the environmental causes which the world is concerned about, because the so-called educated groups have destroyed our soils, air, water everything. Just imagine, if they could understood it thousands of years back that what our ancestors were doing? Perhaps we could have a better world today, more lively than it is today, isn’t it?
So, again the question is, if that is a god then? Answer is yes.

Let’s cover it all at one place itself, by saying “we worshiped everything: the ocean, the river, the mountain, the wind, the rains, the forest, the sun, the snakes, the elephants, the tiger, the peacock, the cow, the planets, the moon, earth everything.
Can you imagine living world without them? No.
Then are they God to us? The answer is yes.

We worshiped everything, because without them our existence is not possible, but the western world and other religions saw us superstitious, because we worshiped some statues which look like human being and some animals etc.

Well, I am not denying that they are completely wrong, because even the Hindus don’t know how scientific their ancestors were and what they passed on to next generations to worship.

So, this article will help the world to see the god’s our ancestors knew, and the god today’s generation is confused with.

With this article I want the world to know our temples represent we are God for each other, and we have to protect each and every species to protect our existence on this planet.

By now, I am sure, most of you understood the meaning of our deities but still there are some people who may deny accepting statutes as God.

Deities in Sanatan Dharm - an unsolved puzzle for the world

For those people I just want to share a small story –

Once lord Krishna just like every other baby ate some soil in his childhood days and just like every other mother, his mother asked him to open his mouth.
And when he did open his mouth.
It was a miracle; she could see the whole cosmos inside his mouth.

So, what he ate?
Soil. correct?

What his mother saw inside his mouth?
I guess you are smiling now. Happy?

Then, what the statues are made up of?
Soil. Tell me if I am wrong?

I guess, now you can see what is there in the temple, has the potential to make you feel something people run around for their lifetime.

By saying this, I don’t mean, God is only found in temples or in the statues, indeed for me, every particle in this universe is the creation of God.
And the statue we create is made up of those particles, and if you are lucky enough like ma Yashoda, you may witness whole creation even in that statue.

Or else, if you lucky enough you may witness your deity like Ram Krishna Paramhans, who witnessed his deity (ma Kali) in his temple.

So, neither believe anything blindly nor deny without understanding it completely, indeed just be open to learn the Devine and who knows, you could be the next?
